Installations

Installation of air conditioning systems in areas with special requirements as data centers, hospitals, surgery rooms, cinemas, theaters, industries.
Installation of automation and control systems.

Maintenances

We Undertake the maintenance of air-conditioning mechanical equipment such as air-cooled and water-cooled coolerscooling towers, air handling units (AHU), boiler, Fan Coil Units, machinery with direct expansion, pump-rooms, cooling-rooms, boiler-rooms.
Our company in the field of construction and maintenance, deals with the largest air conditioning companies (TRANE, McQUAY, DAIKIN, AERMEC, FYROGENIS, CARRIER, HITACHI) and our staff is highly trained and qualified to install, repair and maintain such equipment and machinery.

Tech Support

Within a maintenance contract, we provide regular maintenance - technical support and troubleshooting.
Regular maintenance, depending the air conditioning system and the type of equipment, includes :

General seasonal winter or summer maintenance (once a year) or
Scheduled maintenance (Monthly, quarterly, etc.)

Technical Support includes:

Help desk and assistance to technical supporting personel of the building, if available.
A Visit at a predetermined time for identifying and handling machinery or low level troubleshooting.

The Troubleshooting includes:

Replacement or repairing parts and machinery among the range of applications in the framework agreement or a separate offer.

The Spare parts we use are always of the respective agency or from other well known brands.

Η ΘΕΡΜΟΚΛΙΜΑ έχει μάλιστα εξασφαλίσει πιστοποίηση, σύμφωνα με το πρότυπο διασφάλισης ποιότητας ISO 9001:2008, το πρότυπο Διαχειρησης ISO 14001:2004, ακόμα και για τις υπηρεσίες συντήρησης και υποστήριξης μετά την πώληση.

Repairs

We Repair semi-central and central air conditioning units (coollers, cooling towers, AHUs etc) and we undertake actions as compressor replacements, electric motors, windings, evaporator replacement (chiller), electronic center replacement, or rebuilding machinery, automation systems etc.
